Appointments & Walk-ins Booking: We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Walk-ins are welcome, but are not always accommodated, appointments take priority. Children & Safety: Noire Luxe LA maintains a no-kids policy to ensure a peaceful, upscale, and safe environment for all guests. Children are welcome only if they are receiving a scheduled service. For safety and to preserve the relaxing atmosphere our clients value, we kindly ask that children do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are being serviced. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. You will be given a 10 minute grace period, after 10 mins a $10 late fee will be applied, after 15 mins the appointment may be subject to cancellation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: At Noire Luxe LA, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to both our clients and artists, we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or reschedules made within less than 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Clients are allowed one reschedule request when at least 24 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit to book. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service, using the card on file. By booking, you agree to these terms, We appreciate your understanding and respect for our artists’ time and craft ! Health & Safety Sanitization: We follow strict sanitation protocols. All tools and workstations are thoroughly disinfected after each use. Hygiene: Clients and staff are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. Please wash your hands upon entering the salon. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions. If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Nail Health: For the safety and well-being of our clients and staff, Noire Luxe LA does not perform services on nails or surrounding skin that are damaged, infected, or compromised in any way. This includes open wounds, broken skin, severe lifting, or any condition that may pose a sanitation or health risk. Clients will be asked to reschedule once the area has fully healed. Payment & Pricing Payment Methods: We accept debit/ credit cards only. Pricing Transparency: Our service menu with prices is available online and in-salon. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds & Adjustments: We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary correction.
