Appointments & Walk-ins Booking: We encourage clients to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slots. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments take priority. Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. You will be given a 10 minute grace period, after which the appointment may be subject to cancellation. Cancellations & No-Shows: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours and No-Show may incur a fee of $40. Health & Safety Sanitization: We follow strict sanitation protocols. All tools and workstations are thoroughly disinfected after each use. Hygiene: Clients and staff are expected to maintain good personal hygiene. Please wash your hands upon entering the salon. Health Conditions: Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions. If you are feeling unwell or have a contagious condition, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Payment & Pricing Payment Methods: We accept debit/ credit cards Pricing Transparency: Our service menu with prices is available online and in-salon. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds & Adjustments: We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary correction.
